SHIPPING & PICKUP

Salsa Parm should be refrigerated for storage, but it may arrive at room temperature. This is completely normal and does not affect the product’s quality. Please refrigerate your Salsa Parm after delivery or pickup.

For the best flavor and texture, we recommend allowing Salsa Parm to come to room temperature before serving. Refrigerate again after use.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days. To help prevent packages from being delayed over a weekend, orders are typically shipped Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed later in the week may be held until the next appropriate shipping day.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Available shipping options and charges are displayed during checkout. Shipping costs are based on the shipping option selected and the destination of the order.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other carrier delays.

It is normal for Salsa Parm to be at room temperature when delivered. Please bring your package inside and refrigerate it for storage after delivery. Lucca’s Cucina LLC is not responsible for packages left unattended after confirmed delivery.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at luccascucina@gmail.com.

We will make every effort to correct the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned or redirected because of an incorrect address.

DAMAGED OR CONCERNING ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or with another quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Email luccascucina@gmail.com with your name, order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the package and its contents. We will review the situation and work with you on an appropriate replacement or refund.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup may be selected during checkout when available. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving.

Pickup instructions, location, and available hours will be included in your confirmation. Refrigerate your Salsa Parm after pickup and bring it to room temperature before serving for the best flavor and texture.
